It is my number one priority to make sure that any investment you make with me regarding your hair not only meets, but exceeds your expectations.
If you are having challenges with your cut or colour, or you do not love the product you purchased, please let me know by contacting me via email within 10 days of your visit.
In the instances of difficulty with your hair, I’m happy to correct the issue at no charge. Products you are not 100% satisfied with can be exchanged for full credit towards any other product.
To provide the fairest possible scheduling options to all guests, as well as protect my time as an independent service provider, I require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice will result in a Cancellation Fee equal to 25% of the booked services.
Not arriving to your scheduled appointment or eliminating portions of the scheduled services on the day of your appointment are both considered a Cancellation.
Payment of any outstanding Cancellation Fees will be required before a new appointment can be scheduled.
To ensure that I am able to respect all of my guests’ time and remain on schedule, there is a 10 minute grace period for all scheduled appointment times.
Should you arrive more than 10 minutes late, it may impact whether we have enough time to complete the scheduled service. In instances where the late arrival impacts what we can achieve, services will need to be adapted to fit the remaining time without an adjustment to pricing.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may in some instances require completely rescheduling the service, and Cancellation Fees as per the Cancellation Policy will apply.
COVID
If you would like to wear a mask, you are more than welcome to do so. All services I offer can easily be performed while you wear one. However, masks are not at all a requirement at this time.
Out of courtesy, however, I would appreciate that if you come into close contact with any contagious sickness (COVID or otherwise), that you wear a mask during your appointment even if you feel fine. If I get any sort of sickness, I have to cancel numerous days worth of appointments.
At present I do not wear masks while performing services, however, I am not opposed to doing so. If you would feel more comfortable and at ease with me doing so, just let me know when you book your appointment (or at the door, as I have masks handy), and I will happily do whatever will make you feel best.
