New Client Packages

Immediately after you book your appointment, you'll be provided with a link to a Digital Consultation Form. It takes less than 5 minutes, and it allows you to upload photos and add details about your hair in your own words.

Complete this at your convenience anytime before your appointment, however, it is recommended that you complete it ASAP so I can ensure you are booked for the correct services and have been allocated the appropriate appointment length.

Going to a new salon for the first time can be a little scary! At the end of your Digital Consultation, you will receive a link to your Welcome Package. This is designed to help your first visit go as smooth as possible. It'll cover some of my most frequently asked questions, such as what communication you can expect leading up to your appointment, what your first appointment will be like, where to park, etc.

If there are any questions it fails to answer, it does link you to my comprehensive FAQ page, but you are also always welcome reach out to me directly via email.

I always have a 'margin for magic' built in to every appointment in case you're looking to make a last minute change or are interested in a luxury add-on. New Guest Packages, however, include even more time than that! This accounts for an in-depth Consultation, and helps provide some additional buffer time in case we encounter anything unexpected.

Whether it's your first appointment, or you're seeing me for the 97th time, all services (except Bang Trims) include a complimentary blowdry style to finish out the appointment. Not only do I want to make sure you're leaving looking and feeling your absolute best, but finishing with a blowdry allows me to ensure the colour looks as intended. It also gives me the opportunity to detail your haircut so that it's flawless. Additionally, you have the option to add-on hot tool styling using a flat iron or curling iron.

I'm flattered when clients tell me how much they wish I could style their hair for them every morning, but I don't want anyone to actually need me. I want you to feel empowered and capable of styling your hair at home, especially if we are trying something new. It's not just about having great hair the day of your appointment; it's about having great hair everyday of the year.

And don't worry, even once you're a returning client, if you need some style education in the future, I've got you.

Throughout your appointment we will be discussing what you're using at home and how you're using it. I make no judgments here, I promise. I just want to make sure what you're using and how you're using it is meeting your needs.

If it isn't, and you aren't currently achieving the results you're looking for, we can take care of that. Upon finishing your services, I'll provide you with a prescription detailing what I used on your hair, and what I recommend you use at home to be able to duplicate my results.

To ensure consistency in the quality of the services I provide and offer ease of booking, New Guests only have access to a small list of specially designed service packages that set my clients' up for success. These packages account for extra time and some extra product, and their pricing reflects that.

Once we've laid the foundation of great hair at that first service appointment, a New Guest is transitioned to being a Return Guest with access to my full list of available services. This includes a combination of a la carte options and comprehensive maintenance packages with pricing adjusted accordingly.
